Comic Creation
The Comic app is accessible from the main navigation for your world. It transforms your stories and canon into complete comic books. AI generates a treatment, creates visual panels, and lets you customize every frame before exporting as a PDF.
What it does
Comic creation takes your existing world content — a story arc, canon entries, or your own ideas — and turns it into a sequential visual narrative. The AI first generates a treatment (a structured breakdown of pages and panels), then produces the artwork, narration, and dialogue for each frame.
When to use it
- You have a story arc or canon entries ready and want to see them as a comic
- You want to create a visual narrative from your world's content
- You need a finished PDF comic book for sharing or publishing
How to use it
- Go to the Media tab — Select the Comic app
- Choose source material — Pick a story arc or canon entries as your starting point
- Review the treatment — AI generates a page-by-page, panel-by-panel breakdown
- Refine the treatment — Use the chat assistant to adjust pacing, scenes, or dialogue
- Generate frames — AI creates visual panels based on the treatment and your primary entity images
- Customize frames — Edit narration, dialogue, and regenerate images for individual panels
- Export as PDF — Download the completed comic book
Tips and best practices
- Build your source material first — the more detailed your entities and canon, the better the comic
- Review and refine the treatment before generating frames to save time
- Entity images are used automatically, so generate visuals for your characters before starting a comic. The primary image is used from an entity for adding it to the comic. Don't worry about the style of the original image - it will be adapted to a comic visual.
