How to Generate Images

This guide walks you through generating AI-powered images for your world.

Prerequisites

• A Sojen world
• A detailed description on the entity or canon entry (more detail produces better images) if you want to create an image for characters, locations or canon

Steps

Generate Images for Entities or Canon:

1. Navigate to a detail page — Open any entity or canon entry that you want to create visuals for.

2. Go to the Images tab — Click the Images tab on the detail page.

3. Click Generate — The AI creates a visual representation based on the item's description, attributes, and context.

4. Generate variations — Click Generate again to create additional versions. You can produce multiple variations and choose the ones that best match your vision.

5. Select your preferred images — Choose the images you want to keep. These become the official visuals for that entity or canon entry.

6. Images propagate automatically — Selected the primary image for your entity or canon. This is then used when generating comics and codex documents without any extra configuration.

Generate Other Images:

1. Navigate to a AI Assistant tab

2. Request an Image — Request an image from your AI Assistant. It might be an image of an existing character (or two) or something more general. Your Assistant may ask a few questions and will ask for approval to proceed

3. Visit the Media Tab — Once you receive a notice that it's done, check the Media/Images tab for your new image.

What to do next

• Create a Comic Book — Your generated images will appear in comic panels
• Create a Codex Document — Images are included in codex PDFs automatically
• Create Entities — Add more entities and generate visuals for them
